  4. Danai D.

Something negative about me is that I’ve been broken by the death of my husband 5 months ago, 17 years with him… I don’t really know how to breath without him. But on a positive side his legacy lives within my two beautiful children. So something positive about me is that although I’m lost without my husband, I’ve gained a strength I didn’t know I had. Thanks for the giveaway xoxoxo

So happy it is international 😀 I really don’t know what to tell you about myself, but I guess I could say that I am from Argentina and it is very hard for us to get good nail polish here because of heavy import restrictions, but I still have managed to build a collection of 400 polishes over the past 5 years 🙂

Happy blogiversary! Something interesting about me… I’ve calculated that I would have to reach an age of 1000+ years if I wanted to finish each and every bottle of polish I currently own assuming that I polish my nails each day and Google was right in estimating the amount of manicures in an average bottle 🙂

I love Zoya but they are soooo expensive in the UK! Congratulations on the anniversary! That’s some feat 🙂 Something positive about me? I just got my Creative Writing MA which took me five years (p/t) because I had to write a full novel and injured both arms partway through so had to move to voice software. So it was awesome to finally complete it!

  19. Anni

  27. Irina Zorg

Hi! Congrats you with 7-Year Blogiversary! I love your blog and your swatches very much)
I’m a nail blogger from Ukraine and this year I got so much interesting opportunities for my blogging. I’m so happy and so excited about it. ^^

  28. Darke Conteur

Seven years! That so awesome! Congrats! As a fellow blogger I know that’s an incredible milestone. I’m a nail polish fanatic and between learning to do my own original nail art (I have one design already) and a series I’m doing (50 Shades of Red Nail Polish. I’m up to #17), I can’t get enough.

  29. Jen B

My two main hobbies are nails & fish (aquariums not the sport). Love them both but they are not beneficial to one another!

  30. Ebony S

This is a generous giveaway! Thank you for the opportunity! I love art. Nail art has been such a great relief for me, even tho I have awful carpal tunnel. I’ve enjoyed growing as a nail artist over the past year.

  31. Jennifer

Since I was a teenager, I’ve always been obsessed with nail polish and painting my nails. It is my favorite “me time” activity. I own over 300 bottles of OPI.

  32. Angela Wray

After being told that I had no talent for drawing and painting by my grade nine teacher I had stopped doing something that had made me happy. After the birth of my son I started to paint movie posters for him. Then I started to paint on everything from rocks, saws, milkcans and feathers. I have pieces all over the world now. The logical step was to start painting on my nails. I get compliments all the time, not bad for someone with no talent.

  33. Elena Rojas Crocker

I am a violin player, so I never, ever have had long nails. Whenever I used nail polish, I wore nudes. About two years ago, a flutist friend convinced me on trying nail art. I got hooked! In spite of my short nails, I enjoy doing my manicures, experimenting with different technique and with colors from all over the rainbow.

  34. Melissa Clemons

Congratulations on you Anniversary!!!! I wish you many, many more years of swatches and fun!!! I love your blog and read every new post as soon as it’s posted. Best of Luck to everyone!

  35. Samantha Boswell

I was a nail biter my entire life, so bad that my dad threatened my hands with hot sauce and gloves to get me to stop. I also didn’t think I would be able to have kids. On Easter in 2013,I found out I was pregnant. I was 24 years old. During my pregnancy my nails started growing and looking kinda pretty so I stopped biting them. I have that anxiety disorder that causes me to bite them and pick constantly at my skin. Since her birth, I’ve only bit my nails maybe twice. Now my nails are pretty and well maintained. Sometimes when I look at them I still can’t believe that they’re actually mine. And I owe it all to my miracle baby.

  36. Erika Chilton

Something interesting about me is that I just started collecting sea glass to eventually make into jewelry.

  37. Desiree

Hmm, something interesting about me…. well, my guy and I like to go to the park and feed the chickadees and nuthatches. I donate my hair to the Canadian Cancer Society (coming up on my third time!) and I’m a published poet. 🙂 Also, it should probably go without saying, I love nail polish!

This tiny little tux that would literally climb the walls and get on top of any and everything she could. My baby girl. You see I cant have children(I have Lupus SLE) so her and my other cat (he passed of old age 4 yrs ago)were literally my babies. I have a picture of Kayoss in my Rehab facility room and I love to see it but Id rather be home. And playing with her and snuggling. And one other thing is I do my own nails! I love doing the gel and I have coffin nails now but I just broke it so i have to fix it. I love the prize you picked, the colors are really pretty plus I love @Zoya! Thank you.!

Something positive about me is I love to share! Whenever I buy new nail polish or makeup, I always buy an extra for my friends and family.

  49. Tina Fitzpatrick / Moon Baby Nails

This is an amazing giveaway marking your 7 year anniversary. Something interesting about me……..I am a wife and mother who almost forget to take care of herself with raising a family. Several years ago I found my inner girly-ness and became obsessed with nail polish and nail art. A little over a year ago I started my own YT channel Moon Baby Nails and just started my IG this past week (on my Birthday). I finally got a phone that would work on IG. Finding other ladies that love nail polish like I do was an awakening for me and the friendships made will leave me forever changed, for the better. Nice to meet you and I’m looking forward to following you on IG and your Blog. TTYL, my friend. ~~~~ Tina (Moon Baby Nails)

  50. Ashley T.

Mary, 7 years of blogging is awesome! I’m hoping you’ll be around for AT LEAST 7 more, always look forward to your posts. Your writing and enthusiasm always makes me smile :]

Something possibly interesting: I work as a cartographer! Maybe it’s just because I really like maps, but I find it somewhat amazing that I actually get paid to do something I thought would just be a hobby.

  51. Jennifer

I’ve been married for 40 years and still find it hard to believe. Feels like maybe 20 at the most.
I took my husband for a pedicure recently and he really enjoyed it.

  52. Linda

Happy Anniversary and thanks for the giveaway and for your blog!
I always try to see the best in people.

  53. Luna Tran

When I was young my lips used to be very red and people would ask me why I wear lipstick even at night.

  54. Julia

    Congratulations on 7 years!
Probably the most positive thing I can say about myself is I’m a very loving person. And I always have fabulous nails, obviously!

  55. Brynn

I somehow missed the Wanderlust post (how?!), so I’m off to check that out.

  56. Christine S

Congrats on your 7 years. The most interesting thing about me is that I’m a foodie. I like to cook & try new foods but I LOVE baking. I’m always being asked to contribute to bake sales & such. I also like to give baking as gifts and everybody seems to love receiving it..

  58. Jovana

Happy blogiversary! I believe you learned so much and had a wonderful time all these years. I see many bloggers quit this community nowadays and it makes me sad. Hope you will find it as much interesting in the future and still enjoy the ride.

The positive about me is that I always do my best to recognize and help people in need.

  59. Charity

Congrats on 7 years! Something about myself is that I love to cook and bake and come up with new recipes.

  60. Jolie

  61. Kim

    Oh – let’s see….something positive about me…hmmm….

Thanks for the seven years of great blogging — am looking forward to seven more!!

  64. Hanna

Since I started blogging and instagraming about nails I’ve found many new friends around the world that I never would’ve gotten to know otherwise. It is pretty awesome that something so simple as nail polish brings so many people together!

  65. Brenda Rodriguez

Congratulations on your 7th year! Love your blog and posts on IG!

Something positive about me is that I love taking care of my 3 beautiful daughters! They are 4, 1, and 4 months. It can be crazy sometimes but I love being a stay-at-home mommy. I’ve always love nail polish as a young girl (thanks to my mom) and now I can’t wait to pass it on to my 3 girls. My 4 year old already likes it .

    Thank you for this giveaway!

  66. Kimmi

Something interesting about me is that I like to write, and carry a small notebook around in my purse, in case an idea “strikes”. Love your blog!

  67. sleepybird

Beautiful collection! I have been following your blog for several years and love your in depth reviews . Something positive about me is that i try to make a point to tell my 6 year old son how much i love him every single day, no matter how busy or tired I am or how hectic our day is

  68. Teri Doster

Congrats on 7 years!! What an accomplishment! Thank you for the great giveaway opportunity also. Something positive or interesting about me… My hubby and I got married a month before I turned 20 after we’d been together for almost 2 yrs and we just celebrated our 28th anniversary back in April. So, 30 yrs together… and they said it would never last cuz we were so young. I was also told I would never be able to have a child… but our wonderful 27yr old son is doing amazingly well.

  69. Laura Castillo

I think something interesting about me is that I like thinking positive about things and people. I don’t like judging someone without trying on knowing them before. It happens to me all the time, people can think I’m antisocial but I’m not. They just need to know a little bit about me and they will know my true colors.

  70. Vanna Cervantes

Honestly, I don’t own any Zoya polishes. I’ve been dying to try them out though! AND it’d be an awesome birthday gift! (August 13th! ) Thanks for the chance!

  71. Donna Karl

I am 56 years old. I started doing nail art 2 years ago when I was forced to retire due to disability. I was going out of my mind with boredom and nail art saved my life.
    Donna Karl

  72. Shannon

Just a stay at home mom/wife/caregiver who loves nail art and tries desperately to replicate. So many beautiful designs out there it’s easy to fall in love. Duplicating on the other hand is sometimes out of reach but I try.

  73. Eri (@Lackislove)

Hey, Thanks for doing this amazing giveaway. The Zoya-collection is really great. 🙂
I don’t really know what to tell you now. ☺Think I will become a crazy dog Lady like the crazy Cat Lady in the Simpsons one day.

  74. Melanie Ivie

Zoya has some amazing polishes!!! Thanks for the opportunity and congratulations on your 7 years! I love giving and helping others when I can and hope to instill that value in my kids.

  75. Annette

Something positive/interesting about me: I took my first college class 3 months before my 49th birthday and graduated with my nursing degree and a 3.79 GPA. Also, I only discovered all the things that can be done with nails in Sept 2016, so I’m still a newbie.

  76. Amna P.

I’ve lived in three different countries, and visited many more. I consider myself very adaptable, and that is a great life quality to have 🙂

  77. Samantha Debesa

Something interesting is that I’ve never tried a Zoya polish since they’re more on the high-end side. This brings me to the positive thing about me, I enjoy and am pretty good at budgeting and saving money! Most of my polishes, like Essie and China Glaze, were hunted down to find the absolute best price and I usually get them for around $2-$3 per full size bottle, or go to the dollar store when all else fails. I’m a Newbie and in college so I can’t afford the best but I still try my best.

  78. Rene Marsh

I always try to see the positive and good in others… also I’d love to add some Zoya to my collection… of 378 polishes, I own zero Zoya

  79. Michaela Kay

I have 3 rescue cats and I’d like another one. I’m not sure that it makes me interesting but I’m sure it makes me a crazy cat lady. 🙂 My oldest cat is 19 years old. Her sister is 16 and the baby is now 3 years old. I also have 2 sons, one’s a sophomore in college the other is a sophomore in high school. I suffer from Fibromyalgia and PTSD, doing my nails helps me cope with both conditions.

  80. Jackie A

Something positive about myself is that I love to learn new things. I went from having the shortest ugliest nails, to learning how to do my nails and watch them grow. When I am passionate about something, I invest all I got in it.

  81. mjo

    3 helmer-full, I am a bit of a polish addict. Have a thing for reds…
Other than that, I have 2 super powers: an amazing memory for dates (and other details such as exeptions to French grammatical rules) and a real talent for parallel parking. B-)
Congratulations on the 7 years and thank you for the giveaway. 🙂

  82. Melissa

Something positive about me is that I am a teacher and love my job! I also collect nailpolish and have a great collection. I would live to win this giveaway because I love Zoya products but just can’t afford them right now. My boyfriend and I just bought a new house and rescued a dog so all of our money is tied up with home improvements and getting our new puppy healthy!

CONGRATS ON your Blog-a-Versary!! I LOVE crafting, ALL kinds all the time (knitting, crochet, hair ribbons & bows, Christmas ornaments, etc!) though I rarely have time to craft!

  84. Grace Staiti

I don’t give up easily. I believe in trying and trying until I succeed. I am a quick learner and very industrious. I can keep secrets.

  85. Laura Azevedo

Something interesting… well, i’m taking care of my personal health to be a more confident person, and i think i’m getting good results with that!

  86. Brittany Levesque

I homeschool my 2 children and also make bath and body products infused with CBD. I have also never left the state of Maine where I was born and raised

  87. Jolene Johnson

I’m a stay-at-home mom, just added a puppy to our household, and I’m going back to school to become a dog trainer!

  88. karen simmons

According to my friends and family, the positive thing about me is….ME.

Apparently, I’m always optimistic and perky (sometimes annoyingly so), have a tendency to approach everything with a can-do attitude, and never meet a stranger. Honestly, I just thought that meant that I was choosing not to waste time being unhappy 😛

  89. Stacey A

Thanks for hosting this great giveaway! Something positive about me is that I’m a mental health therapist and I feel my calling in life is to help fight stigma.

  90. Dehonna Johnson

Something positive or interesting about me?? Well im currently pregnant with my first child. My partner and I are very excited to meet my baby girl.

  91. Rebecca Day

Something interesting… I laugh like a Horse & if you yell my name (Rebecca) or my nickname (Becky), it sounds like you’re in a chicken calling contest!

  92. Amanda

    I’m a bingo addict – I play everyday twice a day!!! (It’s not a game for just Grandmas, that’s a myth)

  93. Yara

I’m Egyptian but I lived most of my life in kuwait (it’s near saudi Arabia) and i can tell you that they’re both too hot , ps. In kuwait in the summer you can cook an egg but cracking it on the cement because the temperature sometimes get upto 60 °C

  94. Patricia

Even though school is getting even more difficult for me, I always think about the day I’ll be on stage receiving my diploma for my degree. Seems so far away but I know it’ll come soon!

  95. Rachel Kampen

One positive thing is I found out I’m pretty good at science and I’m about to finish my Masters in Immunology ☺️

  96. Beth

Thanks for the giveaway! Something positive about me is I love to read and have read 47 books so far this year.
