Something negative about me is that I’ve been broken by the death of my husband 5 months ago, 17 years with him… I don’t really know how to breath without him. But on a positive side his legacy lives within my two beautiful children. So something positive about me is that although I’m lost without my husband, I’ve gained a strength I didn’t know I had. Thanks for the giveaway xoxoxo

So happy it is international 😀 I really don’t know what to tell you about myself, but I guess I could say that I am from Argentina and it is very hard for us to get good nail polish here because of heavy import restrictions, but I still have managed to build a collection of 400 polishes over the past 5 years 🙂

Happy blogiversary! Something interesting about me… I’ve calculated that I would have to reach an age of 1000+ years if I wanted to finish each and every bottle of polish I currently own assuming that I polish my nails each day and Google was right in estimating the amount of manicures in an average bottle 🙂

After being told that I had no talent for drawing and painting by my grade nine teacher I had stopped doing something that had made me happy. After the birth of my son I started to paint movie posters for him. Then I started to paint on everything from rocks, saws, milkcans and feathers. I have pieces all over the world now. The logical step was to start painting on my nails. I get compliments all the time, not bad for someone with no talent.

I am a violin player, so I never, ever have had long nails. Whenever I used nail polish, I wore nudes. About two years ago, a flutist friend convinced me on trying nail art. I got hooked! In spite of my short nails, I enjoy doing my manicures, experimenting with different technique and with colors from all over the rainbow.

I was a nail biter my entire life, so bad that my dad threatened my hands with hot sauce and gloves to get me to stop. I also didn’t think I would be able to have kids. On Easter in 2013,I found out I was pregnant. I was 24 years old. During my pregnancy my nails started growing and looking kinda pretty so I stopped biting them. I have that anxiety disorder that causes me to bite them and pick constantly at my skin. Since her birth, I’ve only bit my nails maybe twice. Now my nails are pretty and well maintained. Sometimes when I look at them I still can’t believe that they’re actually mine. And I owe it all to my miracle baby.

This is an amazing giveaway marking your 7 year anniversary. Something interesting about me……..I am a wife and mother who almost forget to take care of herself with raising a family. Several years ago I found my inner girly-ness and became obsessed with nail polish and nail art. A little over a year ago I started my own YT channel Moon Baby Nails and just started my IG this past week (on my Birthday). I finally got a phone that would work on IG. Finding other ladies that love nail polish like I do was an awakening for me and the friendships made will leave me forever changed, for the better. Something interesting is that I’ve never tried a Zoya polish since they’re more on the high-end side. This brings me to the positive thing about me, I enjoy and am pretty good at budgeting and saving money! Most of my polishes, like Essie and China Glaze, were hunted down to find the absolute best price and I usually get them for around $2-$3 per full size bottle, or go to the dollar store when all else fails. I’m a Newbie and in college so I can’t afford the best but I still try my best.
