Bundle Monster Holiday Collection Nail Stamping Image Plates Review & Pictures (Plus Organization Tip!)

Bundle Monster Holiday Collection Nail Stamping Image Plates 2013 Review & PicturesNail stamping is a fast and fun way to give yourself a unique manicure at home.

Ever since I first dabbled in it and even did a nail stamping tutorial, I’ve been a fan of using nail stamping image plates.

Browse my earlier nail-art posts, and you’ll see that I’ve tried different designs from a rainbow crackle and witches to haunted houses and owls!

Today, I’ll be reviewing the exciting, brand new Bundle Monster Holiday Collection Nail Stamping Image Plates, which Bundle Monster was extremely generous to send me! (When they reached out to me, I was so happy, I had to read their e-mail a couple of times to make sure my eyes weren’t playing tricks on me!)

I’m not new to Bundle Monster image plates (love how affordable they are and how they have tons of great designs to choose from!) – big fan here. Click here to see all my blog posts featuring Bundle Monster!

Now, let’s dive into these new Bundle Monster plates, shall we? 🙂

Nicole by OPI My Cherry Amour Swatches & Review

Nicole by OPI My Cherry Amour Swatches & ReviewNicole by OPI My Cherry Amour from the Gumdrops Collection is one of those shades that really took me off-guard.

In the bottle, it was pretty, but once I painted my nails, I gasped – it’s so flattering and bold!

Although Nicole by OPI calls this My Cherry Amour, it reminds me more of raspberries than cherries because the red has a definite pinkish undertone.

This is a colour that I know I’ll be sporting again. It really pops in real life!

Quick Look: OPI DS Raw Granite (OPI DS Lapis & OPI DS Pewter)

OPI DS Raw Granite OPI DS Lapis OPI DS PewterYesterday, I received a package in the mail that OPI’s PR team sent me. One of the things included was OPI DS Raw Granite, which contained 2 new OPI Designer Series nail polishes: OPI DS Lapis (blue) and OPI DS Pewter (grey). (They will be in stores this September.)

Usually, I post in-depth reviews and swatches after I’ve worn the nail polishes as actual manicures.

(Edit: Click here to see my in-depth review and swatches of OPI DS Lapis and OPI DS Pewter!)

But since I wanted to share a sneak peek with you, I decided to introduce a new feature on the blog called Quick Look! It’ll allow me to show you the latest products even faster.

Think of them as a snapshot of what’s to come – a little teaser, if you will. I’ll show some photos, but with little or no commentary. Hopefully, it’ll whet your appetite for the in-depth review and multiple swatches that will be coming in a future blog post.

OPI Avojuice Peony & Poppy Hand & Body Lotion Review & Pictures

OPI Avojuice Peony & Poppy Hand & Body Lotion Review & PicturesI feel like I’ve tapped into a whole other world ever since the OPI Avojuice lotions came into my life.

For a long time, I thought that hydrating lotions had to be really thick and greasy. Even so, I was constantly on the hunt to find one that would absorb quickly so that I wouldn’t leave a gross mess on my keyboard at work.

You’ll remember that I reviewed OPI Avojuice Violet Orchid not long ago. At the same time I was testing that out, I also tried the OPI Avojuice Peony & Poppy Hand & Body Lotion.

So how did it compare? And would I recommend one scent over the other? There’s only one way to find out!

a-england Briar Rose Swatches & Review

a-england Briar Rose Swatches & Reviewa-england Briar Rose from the Burne-Jones Dream Collection is batting a perfect score because every single lacquer I’ve tried by this brand has been a dream to work with!

This cranberry is more than meets the eye, Transformers! In natural light, it looks really pretty and ladylike, but in the sunlight or under bright artificial light, it’s absolutely stunning.

Thanks to NailPolishCanada for selecting me as one of the few bloggers to be gifted 4 out of 5 shades from the awesome Burne-Jones Dream Collection!

I had been wanting to try a-england nail polishes for the longest time. And now that I have, I’m hooked! (I ended up purchasing Dragon and Saint George – hehe, no surprise there, right?) 😉 Psst! You can expect reviews on those a little later. I’ve already worn Dragon and fell in love.

P.S. You still have until Friday August 16 to enter my a-england Burne-Jones Dream Collection Giveaway open worldwide!

Rescue Beauty Lounge Fashion Polish Swatches & Review

Rescue Beauty Lounge Fashion Polish Swatches & ReviewWhen the Rescue Beauty Lounge Blogger 2.0 Collection was available for pre-order, I was right on it! Among the shades I purchased was this vampy beauty – Rescue Beauty Lounge Fashion Polish!

Sure, you may still be thinking about neons, flip flops, and pool parties, but you can sport dark wonders like this even before the mercury rises.

I don’t have too much diversity in my collection when it comes to black nail polish. None of them have multi-coloured glitter, which is why I opted for this – thought it was way more interesting than your typical black-and-silver-glitter nail polish.
