Blog News: My Nail Art Tutorial Is Featured on PromCanada.com

Easy Nail Art TutorialFor June, I whipped up a super simple design for PromCanada.com that you can complete quickly, and it only involves a few colours.

It’s literally as easy as 1-2-3! Plus you can easily match your dress and change up the design to suit your personality.

It uses 3 shades from the Nicole by OPI Seize the Summer Collection!

Step 1:

After applying a base coat like the Nicole by OPI 3-in-1 Base, Top Coat & Strengthener, paint your nails with your base colour.

Step 2:

Choose your second colour, which you’ll use to create 3 dots vertically down the middle of each nail.

I used a dotting tool, but if you don’t have one, you can use a bobby pin or even the end of an old makeup brush that you donโ€™t mind getting polish on.

Step 3:

June Nail Tutorial Step 3

With your third colour, apply smaller dots horizontally with a slight arc on the left and right of the dots you made in Step 2. (To apply smaller dots, use a lighter hand. The harder you press, the larger the dot.)

Tip: Allow your manicure to dry for at least 15 minutes before applying a top coat (like Nicole by OPI Quick Dry Top Coat) to avoid smudging the design.

I hope you liked this quick nail design and that you’ll try it! ๐Ÿ™‚

Which of the 3 Nicole by OPI nail polishes do you like the most? Is there a nail design that you’d like to see a tutorial for? Let me know!

      Hey Gareth!

These are definitely “Busy Girl Nails” – haha! I seriously had very little time to breathe in May and June. But sometimes you still want to wear some fun nail art. ๐Ÿ™‚
