Happy Valentine’s Day, everyone!

Now onto the star of today’s blog post – the OPI Muppets Most Wanted Collection, which officially hits stores this March!

I’m really excited to wear all of these colours, but especially Kermit Me to Speak because it looks like a duochrome from the promo picture. Also, I can’t wait to wear Miss Piggy’s Big Number. And since I’m curious about wearing more nudes, Chillin’ Like a Villain piques my interest.

Little Swatch And Learn Tidbit: The OPI Muppets Most Wanted Collection really tugs on my heartstrings because it reminded me that the very first press release I ever posted on the blog was for the OPI The Muppets Holiday Collection back in August 2011! It was the first time that I got the chance to collaborate with OPI’s amazing PR team. Whoa, I can hardly believe it’s been so long already! Yesterday, I blogged about the cool new OPI Glitter Off Base Coat that allows you to easily and quickly peel off even the most stubborn glitter from your nails.

Today, I have another cool press release to share. It’s all about the OPI Sheer Tints available in March.

As usual, OPI is a trailblazer because I haven’t seen anything like this in the mainstream, and I’m very excited to see what artistic looks people can come up with.

OPI Sheer Tints are pigmented top coats that you can use to layer over any nail polish or build up to achieve unique effects! I’m very curious about these, and you could probably create really neat stained-glass designs plus ombres!

A couple of years ago, you may remember the trend among nailphiles that, to make it easier to remove glitter nail polish in a cinch, many were using PVA glue as a base coat. This meant that you could literally just peel it off, along with any stubborn glitter and forego the scrubbing-your-fingers-raw process.

Well, yesterday when I was on my way home from work, I received a bunch of cool press releases, which I’ll share with you all really soon!

The first one I’d love to tell you about is the OPI Glitter Off Base Coat, which is set to hit stores officially in March.

It promises to leave natural nails free of stains and also to make it easy to remove nail polish in just seconds without the need for a typical polish remover. You just peel the base coat and any polish on top off!

I’m really curious to try this one out, since you know that I have worn my fair share of glitter polishes. If I can avoid spending a long time to remove it, I’m all for it!
