e.l.f. Essentials Party Purple Nail Polish Review & Swatches

Not going to keep you waiting on what I think about e.l.f. Essentials Party Purple Nail Polish. It’s awwwesome! I usually like nail colors that are darker and more saturated, and this one’s right up my alley. But it’s not a plain purple color. No, siree. It’s got a glittery finish to it that adds a bit of interest.

However, it’s not just the pretty purple hue that wins me over. I mean, even if the color is gorgeous, the polish doesn’t land on my good side if the formula is crapola. Not to worry – elf’s formula is surprisingly amazing. If you’re looking to try Party Purple, I say Nike it. Come see why. Continue reading

e.l.f. Essentials Nail Polish Teal Blue Review & Swatches

I’ve reviewed a lot of elf products – from shadows to blushes to brushes – and honestly, I only have mediocre expectations whenever I try new stuff from them. I certainly did not think I would like elf nail polishes as much as I do. And I reallllly, realllly like them. On today’s nail stage is e.l.f. Essentials Nail Polish Teal Blue.

Look. At. That. Color. It’s gorgeous, baby! I’m so happy with it – it’s both vibrant and cool, and I’ve got mad googly eyes for it! But the color is not all that I love about. Come see what else! Continue reading

Who loves green eyeshadow? Me, me, me! I always thought my favorite is purple, but I was looking in my makeup stash and found green after green after green. Yikes. But who could blame me? (I don’t.) Green contrasts against brown eyes so beautifully!

And e.l.f. Mineral Eyeshadow Earthy is a cheap find that I really enjoy wearing. The green is simply to die for, while the golden shimmery finish adds that wow factor. All for $3? I would definitely buy it again and again…and not feel a single bit of guilt. Continue reading

Black nail polish – I know, I know. Yawn, right? Agreed. What gets me excited about e.l.f. Essentials Nail Polish Black is actually the value. I really wasn’t expecting much from it, which is why it’s been sitting in my nail polish drawer for a while now.

But after wearing the fairytale colors of the Milani holo collection, I just feel like sporting something harsh and dark, yet still pretty. And that’s just exactly what I get from elf Essentials Nail Polish in black! Continue reading

A touch of blush can instantly liven up your face. It can make you look healthier and more awake. Unfortunately, it’s the beauty product that I was never too interested in…until recently. I’ve purchased quite a few blushes by different brands lately, and e.l.f. Mineral Blush Joy has, by far, the smallest price tag.

Yeah, I caught it when elf had the 50% off mineral sale. I always think, “It’s so affordable; why not?” Well, there are a few why-nots that I’ll tell you about when it comes to elf Mineral Blush Joy. There are also a couple of things that I do like about it, too! Continue reading

Let’s cut to the chase: I l-o-v-e e.l.f. Mineral Eyeshadow Golden. There. I said it. I think the gold color is so warm and beautiful! It instantly adds a special look-at-my-eyes effect that you’re going to love.

Not only that, it’s also versatile. I’ve used it on the lid as the main color, as well as on the crease, underneath the brow, on lower lash line – however you decide to wear it, it works! It’s one of the good eggs of the elf Mineral Eyeshadow collection. Continue reading

e.l.f. Mineral Eyeshadow Partier Review & Swatches

e.l.f. Mineral Eyeshadow Partier has the same issue as the previous shadows I’ve swatched and reviewed from this collection. The color on the elf website is not the same as the actual color. I’m really glad that I’m able to show you the actual color!

On the site, Partier looks almost like a midnight blue. It’s sexy and sultry – definitely a color I see myself wearing at a (non-office) party. And even in the container, the product has a slight blue hue to it. Definitely not the case on my eyes. Come see what I mean. Continue reading
