Bath & Body Works Warm Vanilla Sugar Moisturizing Shampoo & Conditioner Review & Pictures

Bath & Body Works Warm Vanilla Sugar Moisturizing Shampoo & ConditionerMy naturally wavy hair is like a wild animal, which can actually be fun sometimes. But I like to tame it into submission most days. Straight tresses just fit into my lifestyle better right now.

So when I saw that the Bath & Body Works Warm Vanilla Sugar Moisturizing Shampoo & Conditioner were just $4 CAD at the Semi-Annual Hello Yellow Sale, it was a no-brainer. Picked up a bottle of each and was really excited to test them out in the shower that night.

To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much from the Bath & Body Works Moisturizing Shampoo or Conditioner because it seems like I usually have to buy expensive haircare before I notice positive results.

Love how I was proved wrong! This Dynamic Duo really saves me from bad hair days! It smells okay, leaves my hair feeling (and looking) clean, and best of all, helps my hair get sleek during styling later on. Let me tell you more about it! Continue reading

Slatkin & Co. Vanilla Bean Noel Candle Review & Pictures

Slatkin & Co. Vanilla Bean Noel CandleScented candles are one of my most recent obsessions that started a few months ago. One peek in my closet, and you’d probably shake your head in disbelief.

Of course one of the candles I have is the Slatkin & Co. Vanilla Bean Noel Candle. Just browse a few older pages on Swatch And Learn to see that the Bath & Body Works Holiday Tradition line got me hook, line, and sinker.

But while I’m a huge fan of most of the products in the Vanilla Bean Noel Collection and of Slatkin & Co. candles, I have to bust these Vanilla Bean Noel candles because, to put it plainly and simply, they suck! Continue reading

Slatkin & Co. Frosted Cupcake Candle Review & Pictures

Slatkin & Co. Frosted Cupcake CandleSlatkin & Co. candles are known for their high quality – they burn evenly, they have great scent throw, and they’re available in a wide variety of fragrant blends to please any snout! Plus Bath & Body Works has frequent sales on their candles so you often get a bargain.

Currently I’m loving the Slatkin & Co. Frosted Cupcake Candle! It doesn’t have that synthetic headache-inducing sweetness that usually turns me off. It actually smells like you’ve been baking some yummy cupcakes in your kitchen.

And this is a scent that fills your entire room and makes the air smell delicious! While it’s definitely not a pow-in-your-face scent, it still is noticeable and lingers for a while after you blow out the flames.

If you dig sweet scents or you want a mild, comforting fragrance, the Bath & Body Works Cupcake Candle is just the thing for you! Continue reading

Bath & Body Works Vanilla Bean Noel PocketBac Review & Pictures

Bath & Body Works PocketBac Vanilla Bean NoelWe’ve all been in icky situations where we touched something gross on the subway or we just need to clean our hands when we’re out in public. But there may not be a restroom nearby.

Here’s where the Bath & Body Works Vanilla Bean Noel PocketBac comes in. This guy may be small, but he packs a punch and kills germs without water.

I always like to carry around a great-scented Bath & Body Works PocketBac in my purse wherever I go because you never know when you’ll need a quick fix. (And it’s also a plus that it smells nice, too!)

Today I’ll be continuing in my little Vanilla Bean Noel series and reviewing this inexpensive hand sanitizer that isn’t drying and is the perfect travel-friendly size.

Bath & Body Works Vanilla Bean Noel Triple Moisture Body Cream Review & Pictures

Bath & Body Works Vanilla Bean Noel Triple Moisture Body CreamSweet-smelling food scents are my favorite. I’m not particularly a girly girl, but the fragrances I find myself drawn to the most are caramel vanillas. There’s just something so comforting and cozy about them.

Naturally, I had a long-time affair with the Bath & Body Works Vanilla Bean Noel Triple Moisture Body Cream! If you do a little digging around the Swatch And Learn blog, you’ll see that my love for the scent started 2 months ago.

Actually, I played the field – got almost everything from the Bath and Body Works Vanilla Bean Noel Collection! Went a little crazy, but hey, this scent’s only around once a year during the holidays. Gotta stock up while you still can, right? Continue reading

Bath & Body Works Vanilla Bean Noel Body Lotion Review & Pictures

Bath & Body Works Vanilla Bean Noel Body LotionIf you’ve been around the Swatch And Learn blog for a while, you should know that I’m completely taken with the Holiday Traditions scent, Vanilla Bean Noel by Bath & Body Works.

My tired wallet lost more weight when I purchased back-ups of the scary collection I originally posted back in early November.

Although it looks like I won’t be able to write about each and every product before Christmas, I’m determined to eventually finish reviewing them all.

Today, I’ll be reviewing the Bath & Body Works Vanilla Bean Noel Body Lotion! Continue reading

Slatkin & Co. Leaves Candle Review & Pictures

Slatkin & Co. Leaves Scented CandleI’m arriving fashionably late to the scented candle party. Now I’m obsessed and am constantly burning one when I get home and sometimes at work. The right fragrance can put me at ease even when I’m terribly stressed out.

My sensitive snout’s very picky as to what it likes and what it doesn’t like. Some scented candles have literally made me rush out of the store in disgust.

That wasn’t the case with the Slatkin & Co. Leaves Candle. Come on, Baby, light my fire!

It has a cozy fall fragrance punctuated with apple, cinnamon, and cider that I just can’t get enough of. I’ve already purchased back-ups of this seasonal scented candle because I don’t want to ever run out of it. Come read my Bath & Body Works Leaves Candle review to find out more! Continue reading
