What does Sally Hansen Hard As Nails Xtreme Wear Red Carpet look like?

It’s a true red – not too light, not to dark, not pinkish, not orangey. (The color appears darker in the bottle than on nails.) The tiny flecks add texture and such a fun element to the color. It doesn’t dry completely smooth though, so I’d recommend a top coat.
