Quick Look: Broadway Nails imPRESS Press-On Manicure

Broadway Nails imPRESS Press-On ManicureToday, I have something pretty different to share with you!

These are the Broadway Nails imPRESS Press-On Manicure nails that you have probably seen at places like Target. (You may remember me sharing the press release about them back in April.)

Thanks to Broadway Nails’ very generous PR team, I have several designs to try out. (I actually have received two additional designs since photographing the ones for this post – yeah, lots and lots of nails!)

The strange thing is that even though I always enjoyed painting my nails, I’ve never tried press-on nails before from any brand. So, these will be my very first! (Fingers, toes, and eyes crossed that I can apply them correctly!)

This is a Quick Look post, so I’ll just give you some close-up photos of each of the five designs, as well as focus on how cute the packaging is – it’s in the shape of nail-polish bottle! I love it! 🙂

In a future post, I’ll do my usual in-depth review with lots of swatches. That’s when I’ll let you know my experience with them, how they wore, how easy or difficult they were to apply, and anything else important worth mentioning.

I’ll put them through a tough test because my full-time job requires me to type a lot on the keyboard. Also, I tend to wash my hands often. I’m curious to see if they’ll hold up to all that or if they’re better suited for special occasions.

My fingers and nails are small and narrow, so it’ll be interesting to see if they’ll fit me. (I think that my nails are smaller than average, since most of the nails displayed on the front of the packaging are too big for me. However, each package comes with 24 different tips, so there’s a good chance my size will be in the mix.

Also, while all my nails are on the curvy side, my index fingernails are extra curvy. I’m going to see if these press-on nails will stick to even my curvy nails. Stay tuned for a future review!

But, for now, let’s just drool over the cute designs!

P.S. In case you missed it, I’m having a worldwide giveaway to celebrate my 4-year blogiversary! Enter until August 6 at 11:59 pm EDT for your chance to win the entire OPI Nordic Collection and a box of 10 OPI Wipe-Off! Wipes. 🙂

Quick Look: OPI Ford Mustang Collection Swatches & Bottle Shots

OPI Ford Mustang CollectionYesterday, I shared with you the press release on the OPI Ford Mustang Collection that’s set to be released in July, and today, you get to see the real deal! 🙂 YAY!

Last night, I came home to a box full of the entire OPI Ford Mustang Collection, so I whipped up this quick post for today because I just had to show you. I know many were interested in seeing them!

The shimmery blue gets my attention the most because you can never really have too many of those colours, right? Right? 😉

All of these colours can easily be combined with each other, so I think many fellow nailphiles will consider them to be manicure staples.

Note: The OPI Ford Mustang nail polishes have the Ford Mustang horse logo all over the caps, but since mine are press samples, they don’t have that. If you buy any in the store, yours will have that neat feature. The horse pattern is printed on the cap’s shrink wrap. (Check out the press release linked above to see what the horses on the caps look like.)

Quick Look: OPI Coca-Cola Collection Swatches & Bottle Shots

OPI Coca-Cola Collection PicturesThe OPI Coca-Cola Collection launches this month, so if you haven’t already seen them tip-toe into stores, you will soon!

(In case you missed it, be sure to check out my post on the official OPI Coca-Cola Collection press release for more information.)

Since it’ll take me some time to wear each one individually as a full manicure, here’s my Quick Look post with bottle shots and simple swatches to whet your appetite. 😉

You know that I’m a green fiend, so Green on the Runway is my first pick from the OPI Coca-Cola Collection.

But, it’s closely followed by Orange You Fantastic!, which is an interesting glitter that reminds me of autumn, my favourite season.

The other shades are nice enough, and they all look very easy to wear.

Which are your top picks?

Quick Look: OPI Neons Collection

Neons by OPI CollectionAlthough the weather has been really crappy, I’m still crossing my fingers, toes, and eyes that sunny days and warmth is in the near horizon.

Thank goodness for nail polish because it provides the much-needed colour therapy!

Today, I have a quick look at the OPI Neons Collection, which I shared the press release of. It includes 6 shades. These are OPI’s first full-size neons! 🙂 YAY!

As a green fiend, of course I’m excited about the greens, but I’m happy to sport all of them!

Check out the rest of this post for swatches and more bottle shots. Then, in a future post, I’ll share in-depth reviews.

Quick Look: Bundle Monster Water Decals & Metal 3D Nail Art Decorations

Bundle Monster Nail Art SuppliesIt’s been a little while since I did a Quick Look post, but there’s so much to share! Today, I’m showing you Bundle Monster Water Decals and Metal 3D Nail Art Decorations!

With my schedule becoming busier than ever, it can be challenging to set time aside for nail art as much as I would like. However, when I looked at the Bundle Monster website, I saw the perfect solution – water decals! (They’re like the temporary tattoos that you used when you were a kid.) FAST!

Bundle Monster was very generous and sent me the water decals of my choice to play around with. (I’ll be publishing another post featuring an in-depth review on them and photos of me wearing the nail decals, but I wanted to take this opportunity first to give you a quick look at how they come packaged and what all the designs look like.

Additionally, in this post, I’ll show you some awesome metal 3D nail decorations that they also sent me to try. I’ve never worn anything like them before, and they allowed me to pick 2 sets that interested me the most! (I’m looking forward to wearing these. I’ve already been thinking of a manicure to wear these with for a Lady-Gaga-esque vibe!)

Please let me know in the comments if there’s a particular water decal design I’ve shown that you’d like me to design a manicure around, and I’ll do my best to give a go!

P.S. I’d like to remind you that you have on Saturday April 12 at 11:59 pm EDT to enter my worldwide giveaway for your chance to win the Bundle Monster nail-stamping plate set of your choice! Hurry to get your entry in, and learn how you can actually get several entries!

Quick Look: Zoya Magical Pixie Collection

Zoya Magical Pixie CollectionSo, things are still hectic on my side of the pond. As you know, I moved to a new place, and I’m still doing a lot of unpacking and organizing because right now, haha, it’s like I’m living in a sea of cardboard boxes! 😉

I’ve been trying to get my blog posts up daily (Monday-Friday) before and even during my move. So far, I’ve done it without any hiccups. Yay!

The technician will be hooking up my internet in the next couple of days, so hopefully I’ll have zero interruptions.

However, just in case I’m unable to continue making my posts seamless, you’ll know why. I’ll do my best to keep the blogging train going, though.

Today, I have for you another Quick Look post with swatches and bottle shots of the Zoya Magical Pixie Collection!

Which one is your favourite of these glitter textured polishes?

There are 6 gorgeous shades, and I think it should be obvious that my favourites are the green, blue, and purple. However, I’m also really digging that pale cantaloupe!

Check out my quick swatches of the Zoya Awaken Collection, and then come back later when I review them in-depth after I’ve worn them as full manicures.
