China Glaze Prey Tell is a super vampy burgundy from the On Safari Collection.
If you want something darker on your nails now that we’re heading into fall, but don’t want to wear a full-on black, this may suit you well.
I actually prefer wearing a full-on black compared to shades that are near black and so dark that you can’t tell it’s not black.
Prey Tell is almosttt a near black. You can tell that it’s redder, but in dim lighting, it’s verrrry dark.
Despite usually feeling annoyed by near-black shades, it was the finish that made me enjoy wearing it…and not the actual colour. Allow me to show you photos of what I mean and also explain in detail!

Here’s SpaRitual Break of Dawn, a brilliant red that’s from last year’s holiday collection called Twinkle.
Zoya Daul is an incredible must-have from the NYFW Collection. If you don’t have a purple with gold like this, you ‘need’ it!
It’s no surprise that I’m a huge fan of green nail polish. Perhaps I was abducted by little green men who also had little green nails. 😉
When you don’t have the patience to do intricate nail art that requires a lot of concentration and supplies, these Pink & Blue Leopard Nails are a great choice!
Orly Rock-It from the Mineral FX Collection is like the lady in red who heats up the dance floor as she kicks up her heels and does the salsa!
If you were a kid growing up on the 1980s like me, you’ll probably remember Saturday morning cartoons and how awesome they were.
