It’s gee-golly swell if you can afford to drop $30 on a lip gloss and $50 on a face primer. But really, a lot of us just don’t have the budget to do that – not even once in a while!
So when it comes to beauty products, I’ve learned not to discriminate. I’ve also learned that there are a lot of great drugstore products out there that do an awesome job, but for way less. You end up getting more makeup and products that you love for the money you’re willing to spend. And who doesn’t love that? ๐
Today, I want to share with you the best drugstore beauty products & finds that I’ve come across. Let me know if you agree with any of these or if there are products you’d recommend!

๐ They are pretty awesome. Which product from those lines do you recommend?
I totally agree with you about the drugstore stuff! I’m very into Rimmel lipsticks right now and Dove face wash, and I’m dying to try the Cover Girl Natureluxe gloss balms.
Drugstore stuff is sometimes better than $$$ brands, which is great for my wallet. Hahaha. If you try the CoverGirl NatureLuxe Gloss Balm, be sure to let me know what you think. I’ve been really into lip balms lately!
I use that Maybelline palette on a regular basis. The matte brown is my perfect eyebrow shade, so it’s the one that I use every day. I also use it when I want a smoky brown eye with some sparkle. ๐
I have one of the HIP duos, the pink and beige, and haven’t tried using it wet yet. I should, dry it’s not very pigmented for a hot pink. :\
Hi CupK8! Love the name. ๐
I’m really liking Maybelline eye palettes – they seem to have cool colors and are affordable. I’m looking forward to trying more colors from them! As for the HiP duos, I agree: some are not very pigmented. I find them a bit hit and miss!
Ahh Sally Hansen Blue It! This is my favourite!

Hey Danni!
I haven’t tried it, but it sure looked pretty on Fiona’s nails when she swatched it. ๐
Hi Fions,
Been using Jergens lotion for years, too. not only that it rehydrate my skin, i also love the simple fragrance in my skin, not too strong. just my type.
