Why bother with liner brushes when you can just buy eyeliner? That’s what I used to think! Now I’m a convert and a believer of liner brushes. You get to transform unwanted eye shadows into beautiful liners, as well as get more-precise lines.
And I’m loving the Quo Liner/Brow Brush for this job. Find out why!

Th Review
So I talked about how I didn’t like the Quo Angle Contour Brush because the bristles are scratchy. But the Quo Liner/Brow Brush, I absolutely love! I think it has everything going for it.
1. The bristles are not scratchy at all (maybe it’s because I’m not using it all over the eyelid). This brush is soft against the sensitive eye area…but not too soft! It has enough stiffness to it for drawing a precise and straight line on the lid.
2. The density is just right. It picks up the right amount of product, and it also allows you to build up on the product if you want a more-intense shade.
3. It feels good in my hands, and the handle isn’t too long. I don’t have to stand too far back in fear that the handle would hit the mirror and ruin my line.
4. Love the angled tip. I’m not an expert with using brushes (yet), so I still take my time. And even I can easily wing out the liner in a precise manner. The angled tip of this Quo brush makes it a cinch!
5. I like the thickness. It allows you to apply a thin, but noticeable line. And if you want a thicker one, just go over the line again. A breeze to perfect.
I use this brush with eye shadow powders; you just need to dampen the brush head first. But you can definitely use it with gel eyeliners or gel shadows, too.

Final Verdict: 10/10
Whether you’re a beginner or expert brush user, I’m sure you’d appreciate how well made this basic Quo liner brush is. Give it a try! Shoppers Drug Mart has them on sale all the time.
I don’t use this Quo brow brush for my eyebrows. If you’ve tried, please leave a comment and let me know how you like it.
I just bought this brush with a pink handle, and I love it, even though I am all thumbs with makeup brushes. I have a few other Quo brushes and I’m pretty happy with all of them.
Hello Valerie!
Oooh. I was eyeing the pink ones the other day… but I gotta limit my spending! 🙁
All it takes is a little practice, and I’m sure you’ll be a makeup-brush pro in no time. 🙂 Be sure to let me know your thoughts/testimony after you’ve tested it for a while.
i’ve got this brush and it’s one of my favourites for eyelining. I even use it on the waterline. It’s comparable to the mac brush of the same style (don’t ask me the number of the brush, I can never remember those mac brush numbers but it looks exactly the same)
I find it too soft for eyebrow powder though and prefer my smashbox brushes for that. (for some reason I have 2 of them, I think I got the extra in a kit)
I’d love to read a review of the Quo foundation brush….
Oh and super duper handy tip, these Quo brushes often go on sale for 40% off! in fact, they are this weekend so if you want this brush, or any of the others check your flyers!
Have you tried any of the new Quo Pro brushes? they are quite a bit pricier, so I am curious.
thanks!
Hi Morler!
I agree with you about the soft eyebrow powder. I actually don’t think it works well with eyebrow wax, either, but I really like using it to line my eyes.
I haven’t tried the new Quo Pro brushes, but I haven’t been buying brushes lately. The last time I shopped for brushes, I got way too many! Hahah. That’s the peril of shopping online: pressing the Add to Bag button is just way too easy. I see the 40% off sales often, too, but it’s always when I’m not looking to buy a new brush… and when I am, they’re never on sale. Brush Fate is playing with me!
