I’m actually really excited for these since I wasn’t too pleased with the first batch of colors. I’m excited for Destiny, Beatrix and Solange 😀

      Hey Lawren!

Oh yeah? I’ve never tried any of the first batch of colours, but in comparison (just from the promo pictures), I think I like these summery ones better.

I’m still waiting for some to come in the mail for the first collection. So far the swatches have been so-so, but I want to see them for myself 😉

Definitely seeing them in person is the true test! And promo pictures often make the shades look not even as pretty as they are in person.

OMG… I finally convinced my husband I couldn’t live without the first six and now I have to do some more begging… but I want all of them!
I loved the first collection and I love the textured feel of my nails, so I guess I better start making his favourite meals 😉

      Hey Lizzy!

Glad that you have your priorities straight – definitely bills first and then beauty! 😉

Ohhhh, and a green like Liberty or Chyna would make me drool, too! ZOYA, can you hear us greenphiles?

I’m really looking forward to this. So far I’ve only tried the OPI liquid sands, but I loved them so much that I’m willing to try another similar product.

      Hey Tanya!

We’re in the same nail-polish boat. 😉 I’ve only tried the OPI Liquid Sands and was so surprised how much I loved them! I’m really curious about the PixieDust ones because the grittiness is finer, I’ve heard.

Oh no! I literally just caved in and bought the first set when I saw the swatches in all their glory on another blog. I was bummed they don’t sell these in stores, only online. Anyway, they just came in the mail yesterday, and they are AMAZING. I sat right down and painted my nails. The polish looks almost like sparkly sugar. It’s so pretty.

I really like these colors even more than the first set, so I’m definitely in. Thanks for the heads up! I guess I have a month to save up.

Did you hear about OPI’s summer Bond Girl liquid sands? I can’t wait until you have swatches! I’m over here still lusting after those Oz Collection glitters!

      Hey Allison!

Sparkly sugar? That is an awesome description of the finish! Sounds like they’re very pretty indeed!

Oh, no, I haven’t received any press-release information about the OPI Summer Bond Girl Liquid Sands! Oh my gosh – I’m going to have to save up, too! I just love the Liquid Sands!

So I love these new colors; I’m all about some cheery brights! Very pretty — and I would love to have them all. But then I also came across a new super affordable texture polish at work / play / polish: the new JulieG Frosted Gumdrops collection (jessesgirlcosmetics.com). They look pretty awesome and fit into my normal polish budget better… So I may be headed that route instead for the most part and then fill in the color gaps with Zoya PixieDust. Let me know if you want the link to w/p/p’s blog!

      Hey Elisa T!

I’ve been hearing so many wonderful things about the Julie G nail polishes, but I haven’t tried any. I’m not even sure if they’re even available in Canada, but I’ll keep my eyes peeled like a banana!

Sure, you can send over the link. 🙂
