Dear readers,
Another Christmas is here, and I hope that you have a wonderful day that’s full of love, light, and happiness! π
May you and your loved ones have a veryΒ Merry Christmas!
From my heart to yours, I wish everyone the very best, today and every day, regardless of what you’re celebrating during the holidays. Sending all things positive your way!
Love,
Mary
Yesterday, I went to the Christmas Eve mass at St. Michael’s Cathedral Basilica. (The two photos in this post were ones I snapped on Saturday while I was there.)
St. Michael’s Cathedral Basilica is the oldest Catholic church in Toronto, having been erected in 1848.
It recently got granted the title of a basilica, which means that the Pope has designated the church building as important, since it carries special spiritual, historical, and/or architectural significance.
When I was little, my family went every Sunday, so I feel like I practically grew up there. (It recently was renovated and restored, so it got a fresh facelift. It is gorgeous now, and it was still beautiful before.)
Merry Christmas to you and yours too π
