Nail stamping is a fast and fun way to give yourself a unique manicure at home.
Ever since I first dabbled in it and even did a nail stamping tutorial, I’ve been a fan of using nail stamping image plates.
Browse my earlier nail-art posts, and you’ll see that I’ve tried different designs from a rainbow crackle and witches to haunted houses and owls!
Today, I’ll be reviewing the exciting, brand new Bundle Monster Holiday Collection Nail Stamping Image Plates, which Bundle Monster was extremely generous to send me! (When they reached out to me, I was so happy, I had to read their e-mail a couple of times to make sure my eyes weren’t playing tricks on me!)
I’m not new to Bundle Monster image plates (love how affordable they are and how they have tons of great designs to choose from!) – big fan here. Click here to see all my blog posts featuring Bundle Monster!
Now, let’s dive into these new Bundle Monster plates, shall we? 🙂
Bundle Monster Holiday Collection Nail Stamping Image Plates Pictures
Since the ‘firework’ design was one of my favourites, I tested that one out first.
Despite there being so many thin lines (which can be trickier to pick up than images with thicker lines or filled-in shapes), I’m pleased to report that the design was a cinch to pick up! I didn’t have to try harder to get it to transfer onto my stamper.
Since I was already wearing a-england Briar Rose (provided by NailPolishCanada), I stamped right over it.

Bundle Monster Holiday Collection Nail Stamping Image Plates Review
Plates
The plates are metal and have designs etched into them. They allow the polish to fill the design, which you later pick up with a stamp. (Click here to see my nail stamping tutorial that I did years ago when I first tried nail stamping!)
The quality of the etching is great because a lot of the lines are clean and sharp. Plus there are quite a lot of very detailed designs. (If you see ‘blobs’ where there should be sharp designs, that’s usually the tell-tale sign of poor quality. Thankfully, Bundle Monster has clearly taken care to ensure the images are ‘stampable’.)
I also like that there’s a paper backing so the plates don’t feel sharp. The backing also gives the plates a little weight, so it feels sturdier.
Some of my plates came with a few scratches (that didn’t affect the designs). It wasn’t a biggie – the plates will get scratched at one point or another, but I still thought I should mention it. It didn’t bother me because the images were unaffected, but if you want pristine plates, they may not come absolutely perfect.
Designs
Each of the 25 image plates you get have 6 images. That means there’s a total of 150 designs to choose from – lots of variety!
For those like me who are already Bundle Monster fans, you’ll be happy to hear that these designs are all 100% new. You won’t find any from their previous nail stamping image plate collections.
What I really appreciated was that many of the designs can be combined with others to create a more unique manicure. I can tell that they put a lot of care and thought into selecting which images to include in this set.
Packaging
The plates are well-packaged. They’re shipped in a padded bubble envelope.
How to Store Nail Stamping Image Plates
While you could definitely store the nail stamping image plates in the little cardboard box they came in, you may want to make a small investment like I did.
You see, I have lots of image plates (not just by Bundle Monster, but also by Konad). I used to keep all my plates in little Ziplock bags, but that meant searching for a design I wanted wasn’t the most convenient.
Then, when I was buying some a-england nail polishes from NailPolishCanada, I stumbled across a cool organizer by Bundle Monster and purchased it in the same order.
The Bundle Monster Nail Stamping Plate Zipper Leather Case Organizer costs just $18.99 CAD, and it holds 168 image plates! (You can purchase it here.)
It’s my first plate binder, and I’m loving it because I can flip through the ‘pages’ and see all the designs on each ‘page’ at a glance. Also, it protects my plates better than before when I was storing plates in Ziplock bags.
This is what the Bundle Monster Nail Stamping Plate Zipper Leather Case Organizer looks like:
I just love the faux crocodile – makes it look so chic, almost like an evening clutch! 🙂 But it’s bigger than a clutch. Compact, but not tiny!
The zipper is a smart touch because it prevents any of your plates from accidentally falling out. This makes it great not only for storage, but for if you want to bring your collection to your friend’s house.
Inside, there are plastic ‘pages’ with slots to hold your plates. I like how you can see 6 plates at once. The pockets are just the perfect size. You can get your plate in easily, but the plates won’t slide around or fall out easily.
Also important to note is that the front and back covers are padded, so that offers even greater protection for your plates! 🙂

Final Verdict: 9.5/10
I really love the Bundle Monster Holiday Collection Nail Stamping Image Plates! There are so many designs to choose from, so there really is something for everyone. The designs are also really versatile, so you aren’t limited to using them just for the holidays. Lots can be used for everyday wear!
If you don’t have time to do freehand nail art, but you want to treat yourself to a special manicure that can look professional, I highly recommend you check these out. They’re affordable, the quality is great, and with a little practice, they’re easy to use, even for beginners!
Are you into nail stamping? Which of the images is your favourite? Which plate could you see yourself using most of the images from?
Edit: Yay! It was nice to see that Bundle Monster appreciated the review. It’s great when companies recognize bloggers/customers. And it was cool to see that NailPolishCanada retweeted this post!
whooooa, so many choices! The xmas and halloween ones are my fave! It’s a shame they don’t make ones for us Canadadians for our Canada day 🙁
Hey Lawren!
Yeah, I was hoping that there’d be something for Canadians. Haha, the closest thing was a marijuana leaf in their first plate collection, I think! I think I remember seeing one and laughing.
whooowww h6, h7, h8 I want them for sure, they made my day 🙂 HI is cute, hehe I dont even own a stamping
what the use to stamp. But arent they too big for people with small fingers?
Hey Icequeen81!
I have small fingers (small hands, too), and while some of the images are larger, there are definitely enough smaller images that I can use.
good to know they can work on small fingers
I’ll be trying some of the larger images, though, just to see if any of them can still be usable on small nails.
Hey again Icequeen81!
Just in case you were curious, I measured a full-nail design. It’s 1.3 cm x 1.7 cm.
I have their 2011 collection and I absolutely love it! I don’t expect to buy the holiday collection, since 95% of the items on there are Christian oriented and I’m not, but I probably will buy their other stuff once I pull together the funds. I also have the leather case.
I actually have one of their stamps on right now- did you know that you can stamp with acrylic paint? I found that out today through trial and error. It shows up a little more faint, but I was going for a subtle look so that’s perfectly all right.

Hey Fedoraharp!
Oh, no, I didn’t know that you can stamp with acrylic paint! That’s really good to know because I have some old paint at my mom’s. I should bring it to my place and experiment! Thanks for letting me know!
In general I’ve gotten used to using acrylic paint as my go-to nail art paint. It is easier to manipulate, plus you can quickly erase mistakes with a damp q-tip if you need to. Just make sure your polish base is extremely dry!

Oh, how cool! That’d be very handy to be able to fix any little mistakes immediately. I’ve always just used nail polish, so it’s been a one-shot deal.
I love the Halloween plates! I would love to try these plates. I think $23.99 CAD is pretty cheap compared to buying plates for 5 bucks a piece. I might buy a set one day.
Bundle Monster’s plates are the highest quality! I have several sets and have yet to have an issue with any images. It is definitely worth getting a set considering the per plate prices you see for Konad ($5 – $7). They are great for those of us that have no skill at manual nail art. 🙂

Hey Leslie!
I agree – Bundle Monster produce high-quality plates. I’ve been impressed with their plates for years!
Hey Maddy!
Definitely more affordable than Konad plates! And I love how Bundle Monster comes up with really different and quirky designs.
Wow! Look at all those plates! The St.Patty’s and the Halloween ones totally got my attention. How on earth will you choose which one to do first? That organizer is a great idea, too.
Hey Karen!
Haha, it’s tough to pick, isn’t it? So many choices! Ah, first world nailphile problems. 😉
AH! So awesome!

Hey Lizzy!
There’s definitely lots of variety, that’s for sure!
Wow, awesome. I wish I was better in stamping. I have many plates but non from bundle monster even though I wanted to have them for such a long time! 🙂

Hey Gelic’ Nail Art!
It just takes practice. 🙂 It’s a fun learning curve.
You should try these plates. There’s so much variety that you could really have a lot of fun with them!
There are so many cute images in this set! I especially love the animals and cutesy stuff like stars, full nail patterns and balloons. Thanks for sharing each individual image with us, I look forward to seeing some of these cute images on your blog soon!

Hey Another Cristina!
My favourites are full-nail patterns because you don’t have to be too precise, but the overall effect is still very dramatic and impressive!
Could you measure a full nail image? I like many of them, but I’ve been disappointed with an earlier BM set as the full nail images only fit my little finger. Thanks! 🙂
Hey Lisen!
Sure, I’ll measure it and I’ll get back to you.
I also have small hands and small fingers. Some of the designs are too large, but there are still a lot I can use.
Hey again, Lisen!
Okay, I measured a full-nail design. It’s 1.3 cm x 1.7 cm. Hope that helps!
