Blog News: My Crackle Nails Were Featured on beautylish’s Homepage!

Just when I was still riding the high of Stylelist, I found out that beautylish featured the Crackle Nails I did back in May on their homepage yesterday as a featured photo!

beautylish sure knows how to put a smile on my face. I’m beginning to feel spoiled…and I like it! 😛

As usual, I have screenshots to share:

I thought it was so cool that my photo was next to that Jack Black lip balm – it’s my holy-grail lip product as I’ve mentioned before! 🙂

I too laughed at the Jack Black lip balm. Actually, I was reading “How to remove halloween makeup” then saw the lip balm and kind of went like, “huuh? lip balm removes make up?” Lol. Honorary blonde moment there.

    Congrats again though! 😀

      Hey Vivian!

Hahahaha – yeah, that would be pretty messy, sticky, and expensive to use lip balm to remove makeup. 😛

So…did you try your Jack Black sample yet? I’m so excited to hear your thoughts on it. (I’m banking on you falling in mad love with it.)

YES! I thought I lost it at first (bad habit of throwing the bag aside and obsessing over my newest goodies). It feels good but I tend to lick my lips…so the taste sort of threw me off. The texture reminds me of carmex. I’m going to keep using this until I run out of the sample. After all, if it does it’s job for my lips then I couldn’t care less how it tasted.

Hehe, I know how distracting new goodies can be! 😉

          Which flavour did you get?

I think we would look kind of funny in the same room. You’d be licking your lips a lot and I’m one of those people who rubs their lips together a lot when I’m wearing something on my lips.

It’s Lavender/vanilla. The packaging is so cute it looks just like the full size except it’s 3g! The taste is like…waxy…medicine-y. Not quite sure how to describe it. Maybe this is just what lavender tastes like.

Haha yes that would be pretty funny. Imagine both of us in a crowded elevator right after we’ve applied our lip gloss. They’d think we were retarded.

Oh, I haven’t tried that one. Can you detect the vanilla at all?

It’s really nice that she gave you a sample – I can picture how adorable it looks!
