If you’ve followed my blog for some time, you know that my Holy Grail base coat isn’t actually a base coat at all! It’s OPI Nail Envy!
Well, OPI has infused colour into the nail treatment for a two-in-one product!
So far, they’ve released four different shades.
Three of them are classic, popular shades: Bubble Bath, Hawaiian Orchid, and Samoan Sand. Then, they’ve offered a new colour that’s exclusive to the Nail Envy formula: Pink to Envy.

Would you use these coloured OPI Nail Envy nail treatments? If you could ask OPI to infuse Nail Envy into your favourite OPI nail colour, which one would it be?
OMG! These are awesome! I can’t wait to get my hot little hands on these! Thanks for sharing them with us! 🙂
Hey Melissa!
I’ve tried them, and the more pigmented ones are great! They flow onto the nail so easily and are really smooth.
I also use Nail Envy as my base coat and it changed my nails forever. When I ran out and my local Sally’s was also out, I tried another base coat and the condition of my nails deteriorated quickly. I am so so stoked about this!! Nail Envy is easy to apply and dries lightening fast. I hope the same is true with these colored versions! 🙂
Hey Crystal!
Yes, the dry time on it is wonderful, and the original and maintenance versions that I’ve tried leave your nails with a glossy finish that I enjoy!
It was really clever of OPI to infuse colour into their Nail Envy formula, especially because Nail Envy is such a popular nail strengthener!
These look very interesting! I definitely will be trying one of these out.

Hey Sasha!
I tried a few of these, and some are definitely more pigmented than others. I’ll be reviewing at least one on here, hopefully. 🙂
I cannot find these anywhere! Have they been released yet?
Hey Kelly!
Yes, they should already be available, but maybe some locations are rolling out the new products slower than others. Keep checking!
Do you know if you use a base or top coat with these or is it just 2 coats of this and that is it??
Thanks
Hey Carla!
You can wear it by itself, and it has a base coat built in, so there’s no need for a different base coat. As for a top coat, you could wear it as-is because it’s shiny solo, but to speed up the drying time, I recommend using a fast-drying top coat over it. Hope that helps!
