Although I’ve tried a lot of nail products, one thing I haven’t is press-on nails.
Whenever I’ve browsed the nail section at drug stores and caught sight of them hanging neatly in a row, however, I’ve found myself admiring all the intricate patterns. They’re so pretty, and I think it’s quite convenient to have them in a press-on form. Especially if you lead a very busy “ain’t nobody got time fo’ dat” lifestyle, I’m sure these would really come in handy.
Today, I’m sharing with you a press release on the Broadway Nails imPRESS Press-On Glitter Manicure products.
Below is the official press release sent to me by PR:

They are pretty, but I just can’t get around the fact that you stick something on her nails then peel or pop them off. I’m too paranoid about avoid peels (my nails are quite peel-y) to try them. Thanks for sharing them with us.
Hey Melissa!
I’ve never tried any press-on nails before (or heck, any artificial nails), but I’ll be brave and try these. Stay tuned for a Quick Look post as well as an in-depth review. I must try them – they have so many interesting designs available!
I have looked at these a number of time and from what research I’ve done these do not damage the nail plate on removal. My problem is twofold: my nail beds are VERY curved and my nails are on the long side. Pretty much all the ones I’ve seen are of the “short” variety and there is no way they would actually curve enough to stay on my nails. However, if I had shorter nails and flatter nail beds, I would certainly try them out!
Hey Pam!
I’m very relieved to hear that, from what you’ve read, they’re safe on the nails.
I’m going to try them out and do a review on them. My nail beds are also very curvy, especially my index finger. These are supposed to be somewhat flexible, so I’m curious to see how it’ll adhere and stay on my curvy nails. I’ll be trying out the “short” versions of these, so stay tuned. When I try them out, I’m going to wear them to the office when I have to type on the keyboard all day long. That’ll be a really good test for their durability.
Okay, those look interesting and the idea of a quick and error-free mani is tempting, but I’ve always worried about how well they wear. How well do they actually stay on if the natural nail is curved a bit more?
Mom and I have tried some of the stick on polishes by KISS (not impressed), but have never seen anything by Broadway. They sure look fun, especially that tipped one. 😀
Hey Karen!
I’ll be putting them to the test soon, as I have curvy nails. My index finger’s nail is even more curved than the rest of my nails, and since when I’m at work, I’m typing on the computer all day long, I’ll surely be able to see how well they hold up. Stay tuned for a review on these!
