As usual, it’s not even Hallowe’en yet and the Christmas collections are already on their way!
Have you heard? The Kardashians have come out with even more colours. This time, it’s for the Nicole by OPI Kardashian Kolor Holiday 2012 Collection.
I whipped up a group shot so that you could see all the shades in a single glance.
Out of these colours, my eye naturally was drawn to Kardashing Through the Snow (the glitter on the top left). My other eye was drawn to A Gold Winter’s Night (bottom right). So, yes, I looked like a googly fool. 😉
Which of these colours do you think you’re going to be sporting during the holidays? And do you celebrate Christmas, Hanukkah, or something else in December?
These are the colours in the Nicole by OPI Kardashian Kolor Holiday Collection:
- Kardashing through the Snow
- Here We Kome A-Karoling
- All is Glam, All is Bright
- Keeping Up with Santa
- A Gold Winter’s Night
- Deck the Dolls

What do you think will be the most popular shade? Will you be picking any of these up? How many of the Nicole by OPI Kardashian Kolor nail polishes do you own?
“A Gold Winter’s Night” ist great !
I dont own any of the Kardashian kolors yet but i would really like to have “Rainbow in the S-Kylie” cuz i couldnt get Rainbow Connection… 🙁

Hey Randi!
Oh, if you can find Milani Gems, it’s also a great dupe for OPI Rainbow Connection. I did a comparison post of all 3 polishes on here in case you’re interested.
They are all lovely, but not being a glitter person, I’d have to go with the deep purple and the teal. However, they had better be something really special for me to drop $11. on one bottle. Hopefully they will be a bit (read: a lot) more affordable here in the States. I’m more of an ELF $2. 00 a bottle girl!
Hey Sandy!
I can understand how you feel about the price, especially if you’re more comfortable with a more-affordable price point. Hope you can find these in a store and then determine whether or not you can justify the higher price tag. If it’s something really unique and a polish you’ll get a lot of wear out of, it’s worth an occasional splurge.
What’s your favourite Elf nail polish? I only have one and would like to test out some other shades. Which would you recommend in terms of great pigmentation and formula?
The fact that these colors are associated with the Kardashian name always makes me think twice about buying them… shame, they are pretty colors…
Hey MC!
I understand that if you don’t want to support the Kardashians, you won’t want to buy these polishes. Maybe another brand will come out with a dupe and then you can buy the shade with a clean conscience.
Haha this is going to sound so weird but I’m actually excited for more Kardashian Kolors :D. Haha I’m not a fan of the family, just their nail polish collections. Even though the red and the purple don’t look so unique, they’re new to me–I don’t have anything like them in my collection. My polish collection is pretty small due to my tight budget, so I can appreciate it when a brand comes out with staple colors that I don’t happen to own much of.
Hey Jessica!
Oh, I don’t think the Kardashian ‘Klan’ will be stopping the polish train anytime soon. 😉 I’m just surprised that they didn’t put out their own branded nail-polish line. (Or maybe they did and I don’t know about it…)
These are all pretty but I’m drawn to the gold glitter and the purple.

Hey ahhhdri!
The royal colours! 😀
I feel like they should start calling it Kardashian Kolor and then in small letters underneath By Nicole By OPI. It’s one thing for a celeb to collaborate for a collection but it almost feels like they should just start their own line. They do for everything else. That being said the colours are pretty.

Hey Kas!
Yeah, they should! The Kardashians take Nicole by OPI…haha! “The Kardashians are here!” I can hear them screaming it from the top of a building. (Hmm…all that sounded funnier in my head…like most things. I have a little circus up there, it seems.)
hmmm…just me or do a couple of these look like their first collection?
I’m definitely getting a ‘Follow Me on Glitter’ vibe from ‘Kardashing Thru the Snow’, but it could just be the bad promo pics that seem to have become a speciality of OPI marketing.
That said, I’d definitely take a second look and maybe even fork over the asking price for ‘A Gold Winter’s Nite’ or ‘Keeping Up With Santa’ (blood red shouldn’t really be that pretty, should it?) simply because they’re just so festive and it’s impossible to own too much glitter, right?
Hey karen!
They sure do come out with lots of colours, don’t they? But I don’t blame them. Hehe, if I had my own nail-polish line, I’d put out as many shades as possible, too. 😉 (You can never have too many polishes, right? Nail polishes are the new shoes.)
Yes, I agree – there’s never enough glitter. Bring the IV over, and let’s get it started. 😉
