Rimmel 60 Seconds Green with Envy is an eye-catcher. Well, at least it caught my eye. Look at it – it’s a bright green color with a strong undertone of blue! If there’s a modern-day Medusa, I imagine this is the nail color she’d wear.

The slight shimmer and high shine add an extra layer of interest to this color. It doesn’t dry in quite 60 seconds, so make sure to wait more than a minute before applying a 2nd coat.
