In the past two days, I’ve shared with you a couple of colours from the China Glaze On Safari Collection.
It’s backwards because normally I show you the press release first and then some swatches if I purchased or received any of the colours.
Since I just got the e-mail with the press release yesterday, I scrambled around to whip up this post in case any of you haven’t seen it yet. 🙂
I’m really in love with the theme for this collection, and the names for the polishes are very memorable and clever. Plus a lot of the colours can easily take you into the fall.
There are 12 colours in the China Glaze On Safari Collection:
- Kalahari Kiss
- I’m Not Lion
- Call of the Wild
- Adventure Red-y
- Desert Sun
- I Herd That
- Man Hunt
- Exotic Encounters
- Elephant Walk
- Jungle Queen
- Purr-fect Plum
- Prey Tell
Here’s the press release sent to me by China Glaze:

Do you consider any of these shades must-haves? Does the Native or Tourist set appeal to you more?
I just saw these in Sally’s yesterday and decided not to pick any up. I just wasn’t blown away by them in person.

Hey MariJo!
Haha, not even the green/teal? *Gasp* 😉 Well, at least you saved some money. When I saw the set, I was compelled to come home with two!
Hi Mary,
I’m not to wild about these colors, excep for Man Hunt. Bule has always been my fave. Although I have been leaning towards purples and geens as well. I’m really into the bright colors. I might still be wearing bright colors at Christmas time. Love the site. You do and awesome job. Have an awesome day. :~)
Hey Melissa!
Man Hunt sure is a vivid blue. Looks gorgeous, too!
Sure, you can wear any colour any time of year. Whatever makes you happy! 😀
